The service

NoMac builds, signs, uploads and submits iOS applications on your behalf, using credentials you provide (an App Store Connect API key). You keep full ownership of your code, your Apple account and your apps. We execute the operations you (or an agent acting with your API key) request — nothing else.

Your responsibilities

• You have the rights to the code you push and the content you publish.
• Store answers that are legal attestations (age rating, privacy labels, export compliance for non-standard cryptography) are yours; NoMac transmits them verbatim.
• Keep your NoMac API keys secret; anything done with them counts as you.
• No malware, no App Store policy evasion, no other people's Apple accounts.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Polar (merchant of record). Plans meter successful builds per month with hard caps by default. 7-day refund on first purchase; cancel anytime. There is no separate free trial — the $5 Starter plan is the entry tier.

The honest parts

• Early access: expect rough edges. We may throttle or pause the service to protect the build fleet.
• Apple's review decisions are Apple's; readiness linting improves odds, not promises.
• Liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
• We can terminate abusive accounts; you can delete everything at any time.
